Peggy is a National Senior Commercial Escrow Officer who began her career in the title and escrow industry in 1972. In 1976, Peggy moved to the Pacific Northwest and has since been actively involved in the Portland Metropolitan commercial real estate market.
Peggy is a Certified Senior Escrow Officer, having received her professional designation from Oregon Escrow Council, Inc. in 1984. She maintains a Limited Practice Officer license from the State of Washington Supreme Court (admitted in 1999) and is a Notary Public in both Oregon and Washington. Peggy specializes in multi-state transactions, LIHTC bond transactions, and with her long-standing commercial experience, essentially every element of commercial real estate. Peggy delights in serving her clients, many of whom have been with her for decades.
In addition to her job at Lawyers Title, Peggy has served on the boards of Oregon Mortgage Bankers Association, CREW, and as the President of a 501(c)(3) youth ranch in Brush Prairie, Washington, which provides equine-assisted activities and mentorship for adolescents. In her spare time, Peggy enjoys traveling to Hawaii with her husband and riding her horses out in the Pacific Northwestern trails.
