Lorea Olsen serves as Project Coordinator for the Land Development & Builder Services department. She has worked in the real estate industry for many years in various roles, from customer service at a title company to office manager for a builder, managing construction crews, contractors and sub-contractors, learning the ins and outs of building a subdivision. Before joining Lawyers Title, she worked at the Clackamas County Surveyor’s office for 11 years where she was the ultimate ‘go to’ person working together with the Engineering and Planning departments working on plat approvals among many other duties. Overall, Lorea has over 25 years of experience in the real estate and land development industry. You will love her strong work ethic and can do attitude!
