Charolette Opoka is an Escrow Assistant in the Clackamas office. Charolette started her career in title and escrow in 2005 as part of the Customer Resources team. She worked as a customer service rep in the banking industry for a couple of years before becoming an Escrow Assistant in 2010. She has worked with several Escrow Officers over the years and has extensive knowledge and experience closing a variety of transactions including foreclosures, estates and refinances. She places high value on communication and believes it is at the heart of every successful transaction. What Charolette loves about escrow is the diversity. Each transaction is unique and there is always something new to learn no matter how long you’ve been in the business. She also loves being part of the process in customers dreams of becoming home owners.
In her spare time Charolette loves spending time with her family and fur babies. She loves camping and reading and spending time at the beach.
