Kim Parker, National Commercial Title Officer, has been on the Lawyers Title team for more than 8 years. Kim, a native Louisianian, received her undergraduate degree from LSU prior to making the cross-country trek to Oregon, where she attended Willamette University College of Law. She went on to be accepted to the Oregon State Bar in 2012, and soon after found her niche in the commercial title industry. Kim revels in the challenge and complexity of commercial transactions, where she can employ her problem-solving skills. Kim’s goal is to ensure a smooth closing on each transaction for real estate professionals nationwide. Kim lives in Tigard with her family and enjoys exploring Oregon, listening to murder podcasts, and cheering on the LSU Tigers!
